Soo I made hollow vessels to be fired..
I made a 3 coil pots first
I then smoothed them over using the toothed tool
I added necks to the pieces by joining a thinner coils and smoothed them over
We then raku fired them(the particular method we used was naked raku)
They had to placed in a airtight bin for the smoke to soak into the unglazed pieces
This is how they looked when they came out of the bin before I chipped the glaze off them
And after the glaze was cracked off all of them
I made wire pieces to go with my ceremic pieces
 We also threw a bowl...

Elective number 2-Ceremics....

We were given a photo of a plant or part of a plant and then taking inspiration from it we made ink drawings which we based our initial simple designs on...

These were solid froms which can't be fired because they would explode...

Two week printing block...

The brief was pretty broad-'Space Around Us'...I took a 3d piece from 1st semester where I replaced traffic lights with people and used that as a starting point...
It wasn't about making a nice picture that was obviously something but more about creating interesting images and the process we used..

And these are just a few pages from my sketch book...
